Seema mams name was referred by one of the doctor in Pune with caution message that mam is very strict about timings,medicines and consulting. The only hope I have had that time and within 4 months I got a news that I am trying to hear since last 4 years. We went to Dr. Seema Jain after going through three back-to-back miscarriages, feeling emotionally and physically drained. From day one, she approached our case with thoroughness and clarity, conducting detailed investigations to understand the root cause.

Everything appeared normal except for one crucial finding: I was diagnosed with thrombophilia, a condition that increases the risk of blood clotting and was preventing early embryo growth.

The solution she suggested was simple, yet life changing- 'daily heparin injections (a blood thinner) throughout pregnancy once we conceived again'.

She then started with monthly follicular studies to closely monitor my endometrial thickness. Within just two cycles, she achieved the desired lining, and we conceived. From that moment, she ensured that my body and uterus were in the safest possible environment to support a healthy pregnancy.

All we had to do was trust her process completely and we did, without a doubt.

I had the privilege of consulting Dr. Seema Jain for the delivery of both my first and second child, and my experience has been truly overwhelming. From the very beginning, she provided exceptional care, guidance, and support throughout my pregnancy journey. After my first delivery experience with her, I couldn’t even think of consulting any other doctor for my second pregnancy. She handled both of my deliveries beautifully, and I was blessed to have normal deliveries both times under her care.

There are no words to adequately express my gratitude for Dr Seema Jain .After enduring the devastating loss of three pregnancies—including a 17-week loss, a 26 week baby born and lost after 60 hours ( even after a trans vaginal cerclage) and a 13-week loss( same trans vaginal cerclage) due to cervical incompetence —I had nearly lost all hope of becoming a mother.
When we met Dr. Seema jain, she approached my case with a level of clinical depth I hadn't experienced before. She identified a 'cervical issues and performed a Laparoscopic Encerclage before conception , but more importantly, she gave my body the necessary year to heal and prepare and told me “ It will happen , we will make it happen”.
The path to my successful conception was paved by the expert counselling of Dr Seema and her Team.I remember telling doctors in the OT that I had done all I could, and I was now placing my entire faith in their hands.
They exceeded every expectation. They were more confident than me and were always there to pat my back saying all will be good. The Teams dedication alongside incredible patience in answering my every 'silly' query, kept me calm and confident through a high-risk journey.

My journey started with Seema Jain madam im April 2024 where I got her first impression as that of person who is not at all judgemental and is there to make sure that be it any condition that you are in, she is someone who will listen to you carefully, analyse the situation and will then offer all possible paths that can be opted for achieving your goal. Today because of her continuous support, love, care and guidance I am at this stage, celebrating my second trimester. Talking about the staff, they are like extended family. My pregnancy journey so far (Ongoing 2nd Trimester) has been a mixture of emotions — Fear,Joy, anxiety, anticipation, and growth with some hiccups as I had miscarriage from my 1st pregnancy which was supported by Dr.Seema Jain to be mentally ready post reviewing the scan results.We were bit skeptical about making few decisions about the fertility treatment, However Dr.Seema Ma'am made sure we are well informed and clear about the alternative path to conceive .Later within couple of months I was able to conceive under guidance of Doctor. My appointments have been timely and informative.I appreciate clear communication and guidance during each month of my pregnancy journey so far.Ultrasound and lab test processes were smooth and efficient and reports were discussed and if there were any red flags it was addressed by Dr. Whenever we contacted the medical staff/Assistant Doctor we got the required support in our crucial/Emergency situation.
Since its time for Pre natal Yoga,I had enrolled in further assistance which covered Topics like Prenatal yoga, Mental well being,Types of Delivery, Garbhasanskar, labor preparation, breastfeeding, and newborn care were covered well.
I feel supported in managing pregnancy-related discomforts (Vomiting, nausea, etc.). as Doctor is available to address the queries.
I am being guided well on supplements, and red flags to watch for.
I'm thankful for the journey so far and hoping for a safe and smooth delivery.

We started consulting Dr. Seema Jain for ART treatment in 2024 since we had trouble conceiving. Considering we had crossed 34 years of age and our medical reports, she had suggested to proceed directly for IVF rather than trying other simpler treatments first. We were a bit concerned about directly starting IVF treatments but we decided to follow her advice. It took a few attempts, but we were finally able to successfully conceive in the third attempt. Over all these attempts, Dr. Seema ensured to modify the course of treatment after each attempt to maximize our chance of conception. Looking back now, we are glad we decided to follow her initial advice. Throughout our journey over the past year, Dr. Seema & her team have been readily available to address our concerns and queries. Our journey to becoming parents began in 2021, and honestly, for a long time we wanted to believe it would be a straight shot, after each trial. After trying on our own for a bit, we explored options like a laparoscopy and IUI. When those didn't help, in late 2023, IVF became our next big step under Dr. Seema Jain.

Our first embryo transfer didn't go well, which was a huge blow. We dusted ourselves off and tried again, and our second transfer actually resulted in a pregnancy, but heartbreakingly, the numbers weren't quite right, meaning another loss. Then, the third transfer also failed, leaving us feeling pretty worn out and wondering if this was even going to happen for us.
Through all those tough moments, our fertility team was supportive. They were so good about explaining everything, no matter how many questions we threw at them. Their medical team's knowledge and genuinely caring approach really helped us make sense of all the complicated stuff and get through those incredibly difficult decisions.

After those initial struggles, we went through another egg retrieval, and thankfully, we ended up with six healthy embryos. We decided to hit pause for a while, which was probably the best decision we made. That break gave us time to recharge emotionally and mentally. When we felt ready, we went for our very first frozen embryo transfer, and to our absolute disbelief and joy, it worked!

This whole experience taught us so much about not giving up! Our strongest takeaway message for any couple fertility treatments is this: stand strong together, believe in your own journey, and remember that with the right guidance, everything is possible. Trusting your instincts, when things are tough, is just as vital as the medical treatments themselves. We're incredibly thankful to Dr. Seema Jain and her entire team who stood by us all the time.

We had been trying for baby for quite sometime and then we consulted Seema Jain ma’am. Post consultation with her, we got positive result within 6 months. She didn’t enforce any unnecessary treatment or procedure, just with basic medication and few treatment, I got positive result. It was the best experience with Dr.Seema Jain.She understands your problem and issues and then opts for the treatment. We are in contact with Dr. Seema Jain since 2021. With her guidance and support we conceived in our first try but had to terminate the pregnancy due to some issues. But she never lost hope and again we gave a fresh start and this time we conceived again and that too blessed with twins. The journey still was a bit difficult for us but still Dr. Seema Jain made sure that everything goes smoothly for us. In the last trimester, Due to high BP doctor advised us to go for a c-section in 36 weeks. Me and my husband were a bit nervous but again she as a super women made everything easy for us and under her guidance we delivered a baby girl and baby boy. Had just googled Dr. Seema Jain mam's name and visited her. She calmly listened to all our queries and answered them patiently.

Mine was a high risk pregnancy so seema mam took extra care, she does not prescribe a long list of medicines and gives you lot of confidence in the whole pregnancy journey. She quickly responds to emails in case of any queries.

We consulted Dr. Seema Jain when we were planning for a baby. After the +ve pregnancy test there was a minor risk. The doctor handled it with a lot of diligence due to which our twin pregnancy stayed secured. Our pregnancy and delivery experience has been good. Delivery happened at a premature stage but in the right way and the right time. Both my babies are healthy and growing beautifully.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seema since 2020. I randomly had gone to get my ovaries health checked before planning for a baby and to my surprise I found that i wasn't ovulating regularly. Dr Seema patiently explained me the root cause of it with solution. She started with some guidance than jumping onto medicines directly. After some relief from covid chaos I went to her again with negative pregnancy test and that's when she suggested me to start with some low dozed medications. Due to her expertise and faith I kept on moving along with her plan patiently and one day finally saw two pink lines on the test kit. When I showed her that kit she was immensely happy for us. I trust her with treatment and support. She has always been kind to me and kept encouraging me to embrace my pregnancy journey.
